All ready to go!

Fellow vendor who fell in love with the heart mittens and had to get before they were gone.
Kori's neclaces are beautiful - I have one.

We had more items than we thought.

Mom and Dad made some great displays for us.
Mom's bootie display before....

Mom's bootie display after!

Our table after.
We were able to carry out the remaining items in one armful to the car.  Not bad!

The craft show was a success!  Thanks to everyone who came out to say hello.  We had no idea what to expect on Saturday, just hoping that it would be better than the last craft sale (or should I say "no sale").  I was also hoping that staying up until 2:30 am the night before would be worth it- and it was.  Jennifer and I set up early Saturday morning, spending time making sure everything looked just right. The doors opened at 9:00 and by 10:00 people started pouring in the doors.  Mittens were a popular sell with the crocheted hats getting great reviews.  Mom even found time to make some adorable handmade baby booties.  She was worried that they would not sell but as soon as people felt how soft they were, they were gone.
Jennifer and I will continue to stay busy until the holiday season is over filling the orders that we took on Saturday.  Let us know if you need anything!

Craft Show

We will be at WITC in New Richmond this Saturday from 9:00-3:00.  Great time to get some Christmas shopping done.

Favre Favorite

A co-worker of mine has a LOVE for Brett Favre.  She collected shirts from each of the NFL teams he has played for and was even able to find a flag from Favre's college days.  I was able to use that as the inside pocket.  I thought this was a great way to put old T-shirts to good use.  I have a Minnestoa Viking/Twins fan that would also like a bag made.  Great way to show support for your favorite team.

Adorable girls with adorable headbands!

My co-worker asked me to make a headband for each of her girls.  I have to admit, they look pretty adorable!  Thanks, Breaan, for sending me a picture of them!

Hay Days

Last month, Rob and his cousins got in on the Hay Days action.  It is a dream for any snowmobile enthusiast.  Thousands of people spend the weekend looking for great winter bargains.  I thought I would ask the boys if they would give me a little space at their vendor site to sell my mittens.  I spent a short time there on Saturday but was happy to find that Rob sold five pairs of mittens for me.

Newborn Hats

Auntie Jennifer made some adorable hats we just had to try on Grady.  I had a great time taking pictures of my little guy.  There is just something about a hat on a baby that makes them look even cuter than they already are.

This is the latest bag.  A co-worker wanted something pink and black with polka dots and a giant flower.  The outside it black with large white polka dots, the inside is hot pink with smaller white polka dots, and the giant flower on the front completes the bag.  I hope this is what she had in mind.  It turned out adorable!

My new favorite project to sew are these cute bags.  They are stylish, easy to carry, roomy inside, and can be used for endless things.  The embelishments on the pockets make each bag unique.  I think I will make myself one and use it as my diaper bag.  It's a great gift idea for that hard to buy for person.

Jennifer and I participated in our first craft show this past weekend. We were hoping for a good turn out but realized that the beautiful weather outside must have kept people at home doing some yard work.  We are already looking forward to the next craft show whenever that may be.  Until then, we will keep sewing, crocheting, and taking orders.
